Who can be an author?

There are no formal degree, age, or institutional requirements needed to draft or submit a study. Success depends entirely on the quality, novelty, and accuracy of the work rather than the writer's personal credentials. You can be a student, an independent researcher, a professional, a policymaker or an expert. The core requirements for publication are to submit an original work offering new insight to the field; the research must follow proper scientific or academic methods and clear writing guidelines and the final text must pass evaluation by editors and expert reviewers of the journal/conference.

What if my manuscript involves original research with human subjects?

All the original research articles that use human subjects must be approved by the Institutional Review Board at the college or university where the research was conducted prior to submission.

When do I hear back from you after I submit my paper?

After submitting a paper, you will shortly receive an email of confirmation. Then, after 2 to 5 business days you will receive the acceptance/rejection email for your paper by the Editorial Manager. If accepted, your paper will go under the double-blind peer-review, which takes 2 to 3 weeks. If the reviewers give you any revisions, you must re-submit your work within 14 calendar days and a detailed description of how you have responded to the separate issues raised by the reviewers. Keep in mind that SPRJ publishes two issues per year (April and November). Accepted articles are scheduled for the next available issue.
